What goes into your service

The right parts. The right oil.

Every service is carried out with filtration matched to your engine and full-synthetic oil that meets your Mercedes-Benz’s factory specification — the standards the vehicle was engineered around, not whatever is on the shelf.

Before your visit

A few helpful answers.

What is the difference between your Service A and Service B?

Both include synthetic motor oil and oil filter replacement, all fluid level checks and corrections, a brake component inspection and a maintenance counter reset. Our Service B adds a cabin dust / combination filter, brake fluid exchange, battery test, tire rotation where suitable, and sunroof lubrication if equipped.

How much does Service A or Service B cost?

Service A starts at $255 and Service B starts at $475. Pricing varies by vehicle. Share your VIN or year and model so we can prepare a vehicle-specific estimate. We confirm the package price and any additional recommended maintenance before you approve the work.

What if my dashboard shows a letter and a number?

Send us a photo of the full service message, along with your mileage and service history. We’ll review the maintenance due for your vehicle and explain any items beyond the package.

Does Service B include tire rotation on every Mercedes?

We check the tire and wheel configuration first. Rotation is included where the configuration allows it. Sunroof lubrication applies to vehicles equipped with a sunroof.

Can I arrange a ride after dropping off?
